Refund Policy


Our users experience is our priority, therefor we have structured a refund policy that fairly serves both our clients and talents.

Clients:

If you have hired talent and you do like to CANCEL the job and the talent has not yet delivered on the job, please take the following steps.

  • Go to (Job posts) and select (My jobs)
  • Click on (On going)
  • Click on (Cancel job)
  • Fill out the forms and submit, allow 24-48 hours for our team to review and decide on your cancelation.

If you mistakenly approved a job that was not completed please first contact the talent. If the talent is not willing to make adjustment, please follow the steps below to DISPUTE the order.

  • Go to (Job posts) and select (My jobs)
  • Click on (Completed)
  • From the drop down select (Dispute)
  • Fill out the form click on proceed, allow 24-48 hours for our team to review and decide on your dispute.

NOTE: you can only dispute a completed job order in 72 hours or less. After 72 hours you can no longer dispute an order.

Talents:

If you have paid for your BC and the results came back negative (meaning your account did not activate) you qualify for a full refund.

 
    To request a refunds simply follow the steps below:
  • 1. Go to Thrive Elites
  • 2. Select the email option 
  • 3. And lastly, request a refund. 
 

Please allow 12-24 hours for our team to review your request. If your request falls under our talent refund policy, your refund will be processed right away. 

 

Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds refunded to be posted.
