If you have hired talent and you do like to CANCEL the job and the talent has not yet delivered on the job, please take the following steps.
If you mistakenly approved a job that was not completed please first contact the talent. If the talent is not willing to make adjustment, please follow the steps below to DISPUTE the order.
NOTE: you can only dispute a completed job order in 72 hours or less. After 72 hours you can no longer dispute an order.
If you have paid for your BC and the results came back negative (meaning your account did not activate) you qualify for a full refund.
Subscription refund policy:
All subscription payments are nonrefundable except if the charge made was post cancelation request then you are entitled a full refund.
Please allow 12-48 hours for the subscription cancelation request to be processed.
