If you mistakenly approved a job that was not completed please first contact the talent. If the talent is not willing to make adjustment, please follow the steps below to DISPUTE the order.
A) Go to (Job posts) and select (My jobs)
B) Click on (Completed)
C) From the drop down select (Dispute)
D) Fill out the form click on proceed, allow 24-48 hours for our team to review and decide on your dispute.
NOTE: you can only dispute a completed job order in 72 hours or less. After 72 hours you can no longer dispute an order.
